What I do
Video Editing
You’ve got a video, but it has dead air, or glitchy audio that needs to be fixed? That’s where I come in. I do anything from basic timeline editing to sound design and color grading.
Branding
Need a quick intro for your channel? If you’ve got the assets, I can make them work. I can help you to establish a theme for your channel, including fonts, colors, and more.
Channel Management
So you’ve got the videos and the thumbnails, but where do you put them? Let me help run your channel, so all you have to do is worry about creating that wonderful content.
Why me?
I’m Rook. I’m a big nerd. I think that’s pretty obvious. I spend my days delving into fantastical worlds where I am the Warrior of Light, or a floaty space wizard, or even a smart-mouthed smuggler. I absorb the lore and stories of these worlds like a sponge. It is this solid bedrock of nerdy knowledge that I have built my storytelling sense on. Without that knowledge, the videos I create would be nothing more than clips in sequential order. Pretty freakin’ boring.
I taught myself Premiere in late 2014 on a lark; by the time I left the tech industry in 2017 I knew for sure that editing is what I wanted to be doing. Being able to push other people’s creations to that next level is what drives me and keeps me doing what I do. That same passion is what I will bring to your project.
